Remember, in order to access your NEW Emails on the NEW Webmail, you will need to use the NEW username format:

e.g. under the New Webmail, username     smith.abel.co.uk    becomes    mail@smith.abel.co.uk



If you have your own Domain name, then for example   bloggs.co.uk its Username will become   mail@bloggs.co.uk

and username for your Domain's Sub-Domain   smith.bloggs.co.uk    will become    mail@smith.bloggs.co.uk



i.e.    In order to use the New Webmail, please   ADD   "mail@"   in front of your old Username.
